He consults on antitrust, valuation, regulation, corporate finance, and strategy issues. Gertner served as an adviser to major bidders on auction design and bidding strategies in U.S. and European spectrum auctions. He has authored articles on industrial organization, law and economics, organizational economics, and corporate finance. He is a co-author of Game Theory and the Law (Harvard University Press).
