Collin Starkweather, Ph.D., Director, specializes in antitrust and the economics of industrial organization, though he has experience in a wide variety of areas, including securities fraud, insider trading, damages valuation, corporate governance, and class certification, and in industries ranging from telecommunications to finance, energy and technology.   Prior to joining Chicago Partners, he worked as an economic consultant at Lexecon and was a software engineer and architect at three successful high-tech startups.  Collin received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Colorado, where his research focused on numerical optimization, computable general equilibrium modeling, and network effects.
